Specifications

This energy storage system model ZT-ESS-D100kW/215kWh adopts lithium iron phosphate cells rated at 3.2V/280Ah, configured as 1P48S with a 43kWh battery module and an overall 1P240S battery system; its nominal battery voltage range is 672–864 V, with a usable capacity of 200 kWh and a rated cell capacity of 215 kWh (equipped with copper busbars). In terms of AC grid parameters, the system delivers a rated output power of 100 kW, featuring a long-term overload capacity of 1.1 times the rated power and a 1.2 times overload capacity lasting for one minute, with a rated AC voltage of 400 V and a rated output current of 145 A; it supports a grid voltage range of 380 V (-20%~+15%) and dual grid frequencies of 50 Hz/60 Hz with a tolerance of ±2.5 Hz, adopts a non-isolated design with an adjustable power factor from -0.99 to 0.99 and an AC current THDi below 3%, and is connected via a three-phase four-wire system with a full-power charge-discharge switching time of less than 100 ms. For off-grid AC operation, it provides a rated AC output of 400 V within a ±3% voltage deviation, supports 50 Hz/60 Hz frequency output and 100% unbalanced load capacity, with AC voltage THDu less than 3%. The inverter peak efficiency reaches 98% and the overall system efficiency exceeds 88%, while the charge and discharge current rate is controlled below 0.50. For protection, it is equipped with load switches and fusible circuit breakers for AC input protection, circuit breakers for DC output protection, and integrates perfluorohexanone plus water fire suppression systems. Regarding general specifications, the unit measures 1300 mm × 1350 mm × 1925 mm and weighs 2400 kg, with AC cables fed from the bottom; its operating temperature ranges from -20 °C to 50 °C (derating required above 45 °C), operating humidity is less than 95%, and the maximum operating altitude is 3000 meters (derating required above 3000 meters), with an IP54 protection grade and liquid cooling mode. The built-in BMS supports RS485 and Ethernet communication interfaces, compatible with IEC61850, MODBUS-RTU and MODBUS-TCP communication protocols.
